Barb Thomas, Til Death Weddings Founder and Lead Planner, has been in the wedding industry for 4 years. She started her career in beverage service, then stepped into a venue management role at a prominent Atlanta wedding venue. There is where she found her passion for weddings, she often found her self leading rehearsals and helping with timeline management (even though it was not a part of her role). One day, she realized “Hey, I love weddings and the logistics behind them, maybe I could become a planner.”

From there she started as a Lead Planner with The Tatted Planner (now based in LA - LA couples, hit them up!!). She learned so much and gained lots of connections through TTP. Once the owners moved out of the state, she figured it was time to start her own thing! So, Til Death Weddings was born.

Barb is sure to go above and beyond for her couples. She is always excited to take unconventional wedding inspo (say the renaissance faire or a random painting) and design a full wedding from it. Barb is a romantic at heart, to put it simply, she loves love. There is nothing better than that first look between partners on their big day. No matter how many times she has seen it, it will always bring a tear to her eye.
